From the historical point of view the family Rapoport — Rappoport exists 75 years
- 1) The number of every next generation of direct descendants grew steadily, the number of family members in the newly created families grew accordingly;
- 2) The growing of the number in every generation led to the growing of the quantity of the number of the newly created families, and this growing in the third generation redoubled in comparison with the second generation;
- 3) The quantity of the men who were born in the families — the direct descendants in all generations prevailed the quantity of women, i.e. it may be proven of the perspectives of the keeping the kin surname Rapoport in the next generations;
- 4) The forming of the families of the 4"’ generation has just started because of the juvenile age of its members.
The three members of the family: its founders Shulim Nusinovich Rapoport and Yelizavcta Abramovna Ruskol and their second son Valentine Shulimovich Rapoport were dead by 2002.

All the 5 direct descendants of Sh.N.Rapoport and Yel.Ab.Ruskol graduated from institutes and universities. And there are 12 descendants who graduated from the same educational establishments in the third generation.
Some members of the family didn’t limit their education and made scientific investigations during their labour activities, as result they wrote their scientific works and were praised as candidates of science. So Valentine Shulimovich Rapoport became a candidate of economic sciences in 1987, and Andrey Nathanovich Rappoport became a candidate of sociological sciences in 1997.

- 1) Members of the family fulfill their activities in the wide range: the bosses of the companies, teachers, managers in business, workers and employees. Both, Andrey and Alexander Rappoport, are the leaders of the very large Russian joint-stock societies;
- 2) Five representatives of the second generation are aged now and became pensioners thus they stopped their professional activity;
- 3) Five women are house-keepers, they all are from the wealthy families, they create the normal mode of life and cosiness in the family, they are educating and bringing up their children;
- 4) Little children, pupils and students constitute one half of the whole quantity of the family. This is the guarantee of the valuable continuation of the kin.
